How much does it cost to use Wunderflats?

Tenants can view thousands of listings across all our markets free of charge. To finalize a booking on our plattform a one-time payment (Wunderflats Service Fee for tenants) is due. The amount depends on the location of the new home. In Germany and Austria, the service fee is €299, in France, it is €399. It covers services like customer support and platform maintenance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free rental process from start to finish.

Landlords can create listings and receive all-around support and advice from our team of experts completely free of charge until the apartment is successfully rented out. We charge the Wunderflats Service Fee to landlords on the total flat rate rental price (depending on the location of the property). In Germany and Austria, it is 10% plus 19% VAT, effectively 11.9% for private and commercial landlords. In France, it is 5% plus 20% VAT, effectively 6% for private landlords, and 10% plus 20% VAT, effectively 12% for commercial landlords. You will receive an invoice for the fee based on the total fixed rental price.

The Helfende Wände refugee housing platform is free of charge for landlords and tenants, the Wunderflats service fee does not apply there.
